How To Trade Based on Support and Resistance Levels! I'm going to take the assumption that you know what support and resistance are; if you don't go and check out some of our past videos (links below). In this video I'm going to talk about how we need to re frame our minds when we talk about support and resistance. Too many people look at support and resistance as definite lines in the sand. To me that is flawed thinking; often price will break thru or pause just before or the momentum will carry it forward by the sheer force of momentum... Generally a key support or resistance area will be an area where people want to do business so look at such areas as zones of probable action. There is no certainty that the price will bounce at a specific support level but there is a better probability that it might bounce at that level than at others.
