Malzemeler
1 kilo kuşbaşı et
3 tane patates
3 tane kuru soğan
1 baş sarımsak
3 tane taze domates
birkaç tane yeşil biber
yarım su bardağı sıvı yağ
pul biber
tuz
karabiber
Hazırlanışı;
1.Küp küp doğranmış 3 adet soğan,5 adet yeşilbiber,3 adet domates,1 baş sarımsak ve 3 adet patatesi tepsimize alalım.
2.Daha sonra kuşbaşı doğranmış 1 kilo et,tuz,karabiber,pulbiber ve yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağı ilave edip tepsimizde hepsini karıştıralım.
3.Eşit şekilde yayalım.
4.180°C fırında etler yumuşayıp üzeri kızarıncaya kadar pişirelim.
5.Pişen Elbistan tavamızı lava ekmeği ile servis edelim.
6.Şimdiden afiyet olsun.
