Hazırlanışı;
1.Uygun bir tavaya 2 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ ve 500 g kuşbaşı doğranmış etimizi alıp suyunu çekinceye kadar pişirelim.
2.1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ve 1 yemek kaşığı unu ilave edip tereyağı eriyinceye kadar karıştıralım.
3.Üzerine 1'er tatlı kaşığı domates ve biber salçası, 1 adet soğan,1 diş sarımsağıda ekleyip karıştıralım.
4.3 su bardağı sıcak suyuda ekleyip etler yumuşayıncaya kadar 40-45 dk pişirelim.
5.Pişen etlere tuz,karabiber pulbiber ilave ederek bir kaç dakika daha pişirmeye devam edelim.
6.Son olarak kekik ekleyerek karıştırıp 15 dk kadar dinlenmeye bırakalım.
7.Yanında patates,havuç gibi garnitürler veya pilav eşliğinde servis edebileceğimiz tas kebabımız servise hazır.
