1. Annotations

The disadvantage of this method is that Annotations only work on desktop devices. If you want to target mobile users utilize the cards template.
2. EasyClick
EasyClick templates display a link at the bottom left of your video. The link will automatically be added after setting up your ad in Adwords. When someone clicks on the link they'll be taken to your landing page. If you want to target mobile users utilize the cards template.
3. Cards
Card templates display an arrow that points to the cards. Cards are clickable on both mobile and desktop devices. They have to be manually created from within your YouTube channel after your ad has been created.
