Hazırlanışı;
1.Uygun bir tavaya 1 çay bardağı sıvıyağ ve 1 adet doğranmış soğanı alarak kavuralım.
2.Haşlanmış 6-7 adet patates,yeteri kadar tuz ve pulbiber ilave edip karıştıralım.
3.Ardından soğumaya bırakalım.
4.Sosu için 1 su bardağı sıvıyağ ve 1 şişe maden suyunu çırpalım.
5.Yufkamızın 1 tanesini tezgaha serelim.
6.Hazırladığımız sostan her yerine gelecek şekilde sürelim.
7.Diğer 2 yufkayıda aralarına sos sürerek üst üste yerleştirelim.
8.Yufkamızı 12 üçgen parçaya keselim.
9.Her bir parçaya patatesli harcımızdan paylaştırıp rulo şeklinde saralım.
10.Yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirip üzerlerine yumurta sarısı sürerek susam sürelim.
11.Önceden ısıtılmış 200°C fırında yaklaşık 35 dk pişirelim.
