2.1 yemek kaşığı dolusu domates sakçası eklenir ve kavurmaya devam edilir.
3.4 adet dilimlenmiş kabak eklenerek karıştırılır.
5.Tencerenin kapağı kapatılarak 7-8dk kısık ateşte kavrulur.
6.Ardından yarım çay bardağı pirinç ve 2 su bardağı su eklenir.
7.Tuzu ayarlanır ve tencerenin kapağı kapatılarak kısık ateşte pirinç ve sebzeler yumuşayana kadar pişirilir.
