Este Rompope es muy tradicional aparte de que es una receta muy antigua y totalmente practica y rica pruébala te aseguro que te encantara.
INGREDIENTES
1 Litro de leche entera de vaca
1 lata de leche del clave evaporada
1 lata de leche condensada
10 yemas de huevo
1 raja de canela ( o una cucharada de canela molida )
2 cucharadas de maicena
azúcar la necesaria para endulzar si hiciera falta
PROCEDIMIENTO
poner en una olla la leche entera de vaca, la leche condensada, la leche evaporada y la raja de canela. poner a hervir a fuego medio.
en un boll tomamos 1 taza a dos de las leches que revolvimos y ai incorporamos la yemas y la maicena movemos hasta incorporar perfectamente reservamos .
una vez hervida la leche bajamos la lumbre y ponemos a chorritos la leche donde batimos la maicena y las yemas sin dejar de mover y seguimos moviendo en la lumbre sin parar hasta que espese lo retiramos de la lumbre enfriamos. agregamos el alcohol deseado y por ultimo incorporamos leche de vaca al gusto de 1 taza a dos hasta lograr lo liquido que lo deseamos.
