1 adet soğan
2 adet kırmızı biber
4 adet yeşil biber
2 diş sarımsak
2 adet domates
Kekik, pul biber ve tuz
Patates püresi için
3 adet orta boy patates
1 tatlı kaşığı tereyağ
1 çay bardağı süt
Tuz
Üzeri için
Kaşar rendesi ve pul biber
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tenceremize sıvıyağımızı alalım.
2.Üzerine tavuklarımızı ekleyip kavuralım.
3.Kavrulan tavuklarımıza tuz ilave edip karıştıralım.
4.Suyunu çekip kızarıncaya kadar pişirelim.
5.Tavada kalan yağımıza küçük küçük 1 adet doğranmış soğan,2 adet kırmızı biber,4 adet yeşil biber ilave edip kavuralım.
6.Daha sonra küçük küçük doğranmış diş sarımsağıda ilave edip kavurmaya devam edelim.
7.2 adet domates,karabiber,pulbiber,tuz ve tavuk etlerimizi ilave edip karıştıralım.
8.Kapağını kapatıp 1- 2 dk pişirelim.
9.Güveçlerimize tavuklu harcımızı eşit şekilde paylaştıralım.
10.Üzerine 3 adet haşlanmış patates ve 1 çay bardağı süt ile hazırladığımız püremizi eşit şekilde yayalım.
11.Önceden ısıtılmış 250°C fırında hafif pembeleşinceye kadar pişirelim.
12.Pişen püremizin üzerine kaşar peyniri rendesi serpellim.
13.İsteğe bağlı pulbiberde serpebilirsiniz.
14.Kaşarlar eriyip kızarıncaya kadar pişirelim.
15.İlk sıcaklığı çıkan güvecimizi servis tabağına ters çevirerek servis edelim.
