Paçanga Böreği Tarifi İçin Malzemeler;

1 adet domates
1 adet yeşil biber
1 adet kırmızı kapya biber
150 g rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri
150 g doğranmış pastırma (ekonomik olması açısından yemeklik pastırma kullanabilirsiniz.)
kızartmak için;
sıvı yağ
Hazırlanışı;
1.Biberler küçük küçük doğranarak az sıvı yağda sotelenir. Dilerseniz çiğden de koyabilirsiniz ama ben 1-2 dakika önceden pişirmeyi tercih ediyorum.
2.Biberler biraz soğuduktan sonra kabuğu soyulan ve küp küp doğranan domatesler, kaşar peyniri ve pastırmalar eklenerek iç harcı hazırlanır.
3.Yufka büyüklüğüne göre 6 veya 8 parçaya bölünür.
4.Her parçaya iç harcından bolca yerleştirilerek sigara böreği sarar gibi fakat daha irice sarılır.
5.Hazırlanan börekler bol sıvı yağda kızartılır.
6.Sıcağıyla fazla bekletmeden servis yapmanızı öneririm.
