As a rule, we use premium cent stucco, which is a mix of plastic and common, and of course, perhaps a few grains of lime as lime is expensive. We usually add three times the sand to every 1 part of cement stucco.
Put stucco on the wall using trowels and shoes, and apply stucco with pans, shovels, whatever; get the stucco on the wall.

Yes, I’m clowning around. Why? Because I could and was bored doing the same old thing.
Instead, I thought I take a minute to prove plastering can be performed in many different ways.
With many different things.
Folk worldwide have different methods for getting the stucco onto the walls.
You have all heard the phrase, there are many ways to skin a cat.
As all kinds of trash or junk were lying around, I told my brother to find something I could use to get some stucco on these walls.
One man’s junk is another man’s treasure.
The night before, I listened to a fellow talking about a video where he saw the plasterers use ingenious or whatever objects they had handy to get the mud on the walls.
I said, Man, that’s called improvising, and you’re talking to a man who has had more than his share of improvising on methods of getting stucco onto walls.
I’m showing plastering by any means necessary!
I demonstrated a few here to lighten the seriousness of needing a hawk and trowel to get the job done. There are many ways to stucco a wall.
FYI, many folks worldwide don’t have access to such simple tools as hawks, let alone trowels, who can still out stucco, ole Kirk.
Some of these guys have a natural talent for plastering with whatever tool they can use.
