Gelelim çıtır tavuk için gereken malzemelere;
1 parça fileto tavuk göğsü (350 gram kullandım)
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
2-3 diş sarımsak
Yarım su bardağından az eksik süt
3 yemek kaşığı kurutulmuş ekmek kırığı
5-6 dal maydanoz (isteğe bağlı)
1 çay bardağı ince rendelenmiş kaşar
Tuz, karabiber, kekik
Hazırlanışı;
1.1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı eritilerek 2-3 diş dövülmüş sarımsak kavrulur.
2.Tereyağı yanmadan ocaktan alınır.
3.Karıştırma kabına sarımsaklı tereyağı,yarım su bardağından biraz az süt,tuz,kekik ve şeritler halinde kesilen tavuk göğsü alınarak karıştırılır.
4.Tavuklar sos içerisinde dinlenirken ayrı bir kaba 3 yemek kaşığı ekmek kırıntısı veya galeta unu,1 çay bardağı ince rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri,isteğe bağlı maydanoz,tuz ve karabiber alınarak karıştırılır.
5.Dinlenen tavuk etleri hazırlanan karışıma bulanarak yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine dizilir.
6.200°C öncede ısıtılmış fırında yaklaşık 25-30 dk kadar pişirilir.
