Hi guys! Today I'm sharing a fun DIY Wine and Cheese sampling idea. I'm sharing 2 cheese appetizer recipes and a bread dip. This is great if you're looking for fun things to do at home this summer, parties, girls night or you could even substitute wine with beer and treat your dad for father's day (ok maybe that's going to far lol) . ~Goat Cheese With Raspberry Chipotle Sauce~

❤ Southwest Rub (optional)
* Layer items and pop in the over at 400˚F for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is nice and bubbly. Serve with crackers or baguettes, I used Waterthins Fine Water Crackers.
~Parmesan Cheddar Crips~
❤ Freshly grated cheddar cheese
❤ Freshly grated parmesan cheese
❤ Pretzel crumbs
❤ Parsley
* Layer items and Bake at 350˚F for 8-12 minutes. Check every 3 minutes to make sure it doesn't burn.
~Bread Dip~
❤ Extra virgin olive oil
❤ Balsamic vinegar
❤ Bread dipper
❤ Grated parmesan cheese
* Mix desired amount of each and serve with warm bread (I like sourdough bread :)
