Fırında Yoğurt Soslu Patates Tarifi İçin Malzemeler;
4 adet orta boy patates
2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
2 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
1 tatlı kaşığına yakın tuz
1 çay kaşığı pulbiber
1 fiske nane
1 fiske kekik
Yarım çay kaşığı karabiber
Hazırlanışı;
1.2 yemek kaşığı yoğurda 2 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ,1 çay kaşığı nane,tuz,1 çay kaşığı pulbiber,yarım çay kaşığı karabiber ve taze kekik ilave ederek güzelce karıştıralım.
2.Soyularak elma dilimi şeklinde dilimlenmiş 4 adet patatesi fırın kabına alalım.
3.Üzerine yoğurt sosu dökerek güzelce harmanlayalım.
4.Önceden ısıtılmış 200°C fırında patatesler kızarıncaya kadar pişirelim.
5.Fırından alınan patatesler servise hazır.
6.Et yemekleri ve pilav ile birlikte servis edebileceğiniz gibi tek başına oldukça lezzetli olan patateslerimizi mutlaka denemenizi tavsiye ederim.
