Who Is Ruben Aquino? - The Animator Behind Ursula: Following Dreams Video
Ruben Aquino has spent over thirty years in the animation industry. Throughout that time he became a cornerstone of Walt Disney Animation as he rose as a supervising animator on characters like Ursula from The Little Mermaid, the adult version of Simba from The Lion King, Maurice from Beauty and the Beast, Pleakley from Lilo and Stitch, Captain Li Shang in Mulan and many, many more. Classic animated characters were brought to life through his work that will live on for decades to come in millions of people's hearts, and that’s why we are here to hear his story.
