Malzemeler
1 kg açık piliç but ızgara
3 adet patates
3-4 adet domates
4 adet yeşil biber
Sosu için:
2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
1 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
1 tatlı kaşığı domates salçası
1 tatlı kaşığı biber salçası
1 tatlı kaşığı pul biber
1 tatlı kaşığı kekik
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
Hazırlanışı;
1.Karıştırma kabımıza sosu için 1 yemek kaşığı yoğurt,1'er tatlı kaşığı domates ve biber salçası,2 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ,tuz,pulbiber,kekik ilave edip karıştıralım.
2.Tavuk etlerimizi sosa ilave edip tekrar karıştıralım.
3.Soslanmış tavuklarımızı fırın kabımıza yerleştirelim.
4.3 adet patatesi dilimleyerek bol sıvıyağda kızartalım.
5.Üzerine sırayla dilimlenmiş ve kızartılmış patates,dilimlenmiş domates ve biberlerimizi dizelim.
6.200°C'lik fırında kızarıncaya kadar pişirelim.
7.Çok pratik bir şekilde hazırladığımız bu leziz tavuklarımızı pilav eşliğinde servis edebilirsiniz.
