Rare Train On Wye Track, Abandoned Railroad End Of Line, MP15 On Huge Trestle! Video
Ohio shortline railroad first train in decades on old branch line track making a switch move. Most of this track is abandoned and I will show you the very end of the line. First we see MP15 switcher locomotive crossing a huge trestle over the East Fork Of The Little Miami River in Williamsburg, Ohio.The switching move on the old Sardinia Wye was done to get a side dump car out of the way. Other than track maintenance equipment stored on this spur, there hasn't been a locomotive on it in eons! Most of this track is so weedy that you can't see it on a video so I showed a clip of it that I took in the winter when the weeds were dead so that you can see where the end of the track is near State Route 32.
