Tuz
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tencereye 3 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ ve 1 adet doğranmış soğanı kavuralım.
2.1 tatlı kaşığı salçayı da ilave edip karıştıralım.
3.Doğranmış 1 adet kırmızı biber,1 adet yeşil biber ekleyip yumuşayıncaya kadar kavuralım.
4.Son olarak doğranmış 300 g mantar,yeteri kadar tuz,karabiber ve kimyonu ilave edip mantarlar suyunu çekinceye kadar pişirelim.
5.Mantar sotemiz servise hazır.
