INGREDIENTES PARA LA MASA
3 tazas de harina ( Meterla al refri una hora antes )
300 gramos de mantequilla ( meterla al refri una hora antes)
1 cucharadita de sal ( agregarla al harina )
7 a 8 cucharadas de agua herlada
1 cucharada de vinagre
MODO DE PREPARACION
PONER EN LA BATIDORA O A MANO el harina con la sal agregar la mantequilla y unir hasta formar como una Arenita después incorporar cucharada a cucharada el agua hasta que se forme la masa por ultimo agregamos la cucharada de vinagre blanco o de manzana no importa el sabor una vez terminada la metemos la refri a reposar minimo una hora
