Piyush is very smooth and creamy beverage and mixing of these two wonderful things in a balanced with way will result into an exotic drink. And the taste can be enhanced by adding a shade of Saffron and serving it chilled will make you super cool in the hot and humid summers.
250g hung curd
3/4 Cup powdered sugar
250 ml chilled milk
1/2 Tsp cardamom powder
50ml milk soaked with 6-7 saffron strands
