Ingredients (makes 3 parathas)
2 medium-sized mooli/radish
2-3 tbsp besan/chickpea flour
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
1-inch ginger, peeled & grated
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp amchur/mango powder
1 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp chopped hara dhania/cilantro
whole wheat flour dough as needed
oil to roast the parathas as needed
