Before Conspiracy even launched at 10 AM, the website that hosts Jeffree Star Cosmetics’ store called Shopify crashed. At 10:07 AM Jeffree tweeted, “You guys CRASHED the site! Shane’s in a ball crying on the floor. Working on getting everything back up!!!” At 10:55 AM, it was still down but Jeffree let everyone know that the site was slowly starting to come back to life. At noon, there were still issues, so much so that Shane LOST it on a call with Shopify. And it still hadn’t been fully restored. Then at 1:50, Jeffree confirmed via Twitter that Conspiracy was sold out as well as the bundle. Some fans were excited for Shane and Jeffree because this was such a huge launch while others were frustrated with the whole experience.
