「牛仔很忙」是一首特製的周氏牛仔風，其中加入了踢踏舞的節奏、鄉村式的吉他旋律、詼諧口語的歌詞，當前奏一響起，就讓人掉入西部電影的畫面中；是一首讓聽者覺得非常有親切感的歌曲！
繼上一張專輯「依然范特西」之後，杰倫立即投入電影「不能說的秘密」，在忙著拍攝的同時也開始籌畫新專輯，有次拍片空檔在想寫給別人的曲子，突然想到牛仔音樂的靈感，這麼有趣的靈感當然是留給自己囉！也難怪黃俊郎拿到這個曲子的時候，直接會寫成「牛仔很忙」，根本就是杰倫的真實寫照！而副歌的歌詞一直重複的「不用麻煩了」的靈感就像當年「快使用雙截棍」一樣，創意十足又輕鬆有趣。
