8-10 adet arpacık soğan
tuz
Köftesi için;
Yarım kg dana kıyma
1 paker Knorr köfte harcı
1 buçuk çay bardağı su
Kızartmak için;
sıvı yağ
Hazırlanışı;
1.Köftesi için 500 g kıyma,1 paket köfte harcı,1,5 çay bardağı suyu uygun bir kapta yoğuralım.
2.Harcımızdan iri misket büyüklüğünde köfteler oluşturalım.
3.Küp küp doğranmış 4 adet patatesi ve köftelerimizi sıvıyağda hafifçe kızartalım.
4.Sosu için 2 yemek kaşığı salça,yeteri kadar tuz ve 2 su bardağı sıcak suyu karıştıralım.
5.Fırın kabına kızarttığımız köfte ve patatesleri alarak yaklaşık 10 adet arpacık soğanı yerleştirelim.
6.Salçalı sosu ilave edip 2 su bardağı sıcak suyu gezdirelim.
7.Domates ve biberleride yerleştirdikten sonra önceden ısıtılmış 200°C fırında yaklaşık 40-45 dk pişirelim.
8.Yemeğimiz servise hazır.
