How to Cook Kung Pao Chicken plus Recipe

Kung Pao Chicken Recipe: (I doubled it in the video)
Broccoli - Fresh or Frozen
1/4C Catalina Dressing
1/4C Creamy Peanut Butter
1Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Chili Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tbsp Minced Ginger
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
In a bowl mix: 2 Tbsp Dressing, Peanut Butter, Soy Sauce and Chili Sauce till blended.
Add garlic and ginger to a skillet. Cook and stir 1 min. Add chicken, cook till almost done, stirring frequently. Add remaining dressing and cook a few more minutes. Add peanut butter mixture and simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally till sauce is thickened and chicken is done.
Make broccoli and rice. Don't forget to add peanuts, if you want too.
