鹽漬櫻花 6-12pcs Salted Sakura Sherry Blossom
寒天粉 12-15g Kanten Powder
糖 12-15g Sugar
水 500g Water
黑糖 20g Brown Sugar
水 15g Water
黃豆粉 適量 Soy bean Flour
1.先把熱水倒入鹽漬櫻花裡，泡開
2.把水煮沸，加入糖混合，把寒天粉放進碗裡，加入少量熱水用打蛋器攪拌，再慢慢加水打發至顆粒溶解，放涼5分鐘，過篩
3.把櫻花先泡在糖水裡，確保櫻花裡的水可以混在糖水裡，把櫻花放進模具裡，倒一半的糖水進模具，再把另一半模蓋好，再用糖水填滿模具，冷藏備用
4.加入黑糖和水煮至變濃稠便可
5.倒模，加入黃豆粉和黑糖漿，完成
