Level of Written Exam:- Written Test of 100 Marks was conducted for SA/ Exe in General Studies, Mathematics, English, Reasoning. This years Security Assistant Exam was consisted of 70 Easy questions in General Awareness, which can be answerable. Level of other parts was also moderate. Questions asked are less time consuming.
Expected Cut Off Marks:- As the Level of Written exam is relatively Easy. Taking No. of candidates appear for the exam in the view, Cut Off for IB Security Assistant Exam will be Relatively High. There 532 Posts & Candidates are more. SO for Short listing the candidates Cut off will vary about 65-80 Marks. It should be noted that Cut Off can vary according to Category of Candidate, Relatively high for General Candidates.
Note:- Candidates have to secure minimum qualifying marks to appear in local language test and personality test/ Interview. Language Test/ Interview Schedule will be Notified on MHA website after Declaration of Result.

IB Recruitment 2018 notification has been issued in the Employment Newspaper dated 20-26 October 2018. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the posts through MHA’s website (www.mha.gov.in) or through NCS portal (www.ncs.gov.in).
Intelligence Bureau (IB) under Ministry of Home affairs has issued the latest recruitment advertisement for 1054 Security Assistant/Executive posts Recruitment 2018 the Online Application has been started through the official website webite of MHA as per the schedule announced earlier.
The online application process for Intelligence Bureau1054 Security Assistant/ExecutivePosts, will start from 20 October 2018. The last date to apply online is 10 November 2018. Candidates considering applying for the post should be 10th class passed.
MHA's Intelligence Bureau (IB) will select the candidates for 1054 Security Assistant (Executive) posts vacancies through the written examination followed by the Interview / Personality Test. The written examination will consist two levels, i.e. Tier I, which will be based on Objective type MCQs and Tier II having Descriptive type questions.
