Ho'oponopono - is an old age Hawaiian mantra healing process of forgiveness adapted by Dr. Hew Len in Hawaii. Use this meditation when you need to relax, focus or just want to go to sleep. The mantra will become less frequent but goes until the end of the video to continue cleansing you.
The words "I'm sorry." are not directed to what happened. They are simply words with the power to harmonize the water molecules in your body. (See "messages from water") Plus, you do not have to say them. You can also just say "I love you". You can direct it to yourself, to your Divinity, to whoever you choose. These words have been used by Dr Hew Len in the Hawaiian hospital for the criminally insane. He never met with the rapists, murderers, you name it. He simply sat in his room, looking at the charts and using these 4 phrases to clear the memories and programs within him. It is not one's fault when they have these memories or programs. They might have been given to him though his ancestors. With the 4 phrases or any one of them, thinking to speaking them, will act like an anti-virus system in your mind clearing out and protecting you. Dr Hew Len healed the entire ward of mental patients by doing what he did. They closed the hospital. These criminals started to own up to what they did and could go to actual jail. They did not do the cleaning...he did. And it would work the same for you, if you choose to do so.
