Boxing is a great sport to get you in the right shape all the time. It is also has a positive impact on your mental health. Boxing as an exercise is one of the best ways to let out aggression and anger. That way you don’t end up getting in trouble for hitting others. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to go to the gym for a boxing workout. I know you are thinking of the nature of your home environment and whether it is conducive for boxing training. The answer is yes and I’m about to show you ways to achieve it.
Getting those drills right at home can be challenging considering the lack of equipment. But that shouldn’t deter you from training and sharpening your boxing skills. There is no excuse for not doing the necessary to bring out the best version of yourself. The home environment and atmosphere may not be very friendly to your training sessions. There are other ways to get things done without the required facilities. one of them is a sizeable tree; presumably, everyone can have access to a tree. They are almost everywhere so it won't be hard to find one.
In this video, I’ll show you how to get a boxing workout under the tree. All you need is a boxing body shield, pillow or something soft to tie on a tree. You’re going to tie it on a tree parallel to your head height and then you’re ready to go. You’ve got your very own homemade heavy bag in your back garden or anywhere where there is a tree. Once you find one, use it for all your boxing training particularly the drills/jabs. You don’t need a lot as you can work with what you have and get tremendous results. there is no need to stress yourself with expensive equipment you can't afford at the moment. if you've a tree nearby, tie your boxing body shield or any other item fit for the activity around it.
On a lighter note, you might enjoy the training session than being in a fully equipped gym. The reason being a calm atmosphere that is soothing to the mind and soul. Chances are you will train alone so having a tutorial video guiding you might be the best idea. Get some music as well for motivational purposes. The difference between training at home and the gym is the crowd. Sometimes the crowd can motivate and boost your drive. Unfortunately, you may not have that while boxing training on a tree. So preparing a playlist for this session might come in handy.
Just make sure you have the drive and commitment to make it work. Sometimes the environment can affect performance but with enough focus, it shouldn't be alright. If you’ve more questions regarding this please leave the comments down below.
