非洲、拉丁美洲、中東和印度等地區，到底窮還是富有？要解答這個問題，就必須正視另一個問題：帝國主義者會為了一無所有的地方浪費資源培養傀儡政權或進行侵略戰爭嗎？我想，答案應該很明顯。這些地方的人民之所以窮，是因為財富都被帝國主義者奪取。人民為了生存，只好把勞動力以低價賣給帝國主義者和買辦分子。當然，這些地區有少數人非常地富有，不過說到底，他們的錢只不過是帝國主義者發出的傭金，遠比不上跨國企業大股東的財富。如果跟朝鮮和古巴寧死不屈的話就會遭到慘無人道的經濟制裁，同時又會被媒體妖魔化。
為什麼阿連德的智利、塔拉基的阿富汗、印尼的蘇卡諾、尼加拉瓜的桑地諾，都被美國中情局及其手下推翻？取而代之的傀儡政權又是什麼樣的貨色？
他們和中情局的對話大概如下：
「你支援我們反革命，讓我們和家人過好日子，我們就幫你們美國資本家保證我國絕對不會有最低薪，保證我們絕對捍衛私有制，保證我國的油田和礦井絕對不國有化。你們告訴美國老百姓你們輸出的是自由民主就好！」
