Keto Peppermint Fudge Recipe:
5oz cream cheese
5 oz salted butter
1 cup almond butter
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2-3tbsp Pyure Stevia Blend
15 drops peppermint essential oil OR 1tsp peppermint extract
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 oz chopped almonds (or favorite nut)
Combine everything except for chopped nuts in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and combined. Stir in chopped almonds and pour into a 8X8 pan with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and let set in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Cut into 24 pieces.
MACROS for one piece with almonds: 133 calories, 12.7g fat, 3.3g protein, 1.2 net carbs (2.8g total carb)
