A Certified Cash Flow Specialist™ is a financial professional who has completed an intensive yearlong training program in advanced cash flow planning.

Financial professionals carrying their CCS™ designation provide written cash flow plans and cash flow management advice to their clients. Some CCS professionals charge a fee for their time, advice, or planning. While others offer their cash flow planning services as a value-added bonus, included in their regular work with exclusive clients.

CCS professionals follow a very specific process to maximize the value they bring to their clients.

They take into account your income, expenses, proximity to retirement, debts and assets in order to show you exactly how to get more life from the money you have, while simultaneously building the future you want!

The process begins with potential clients submitting information prior to a first meeting. Cash Flow Plans are only recommended when strategically trained professionals can see that the value of the plan will far exceed the cost.


Certified Cash Flow Specialists are required to adhere to a professional code of conduct, complete a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education each year, as well as complete an annual case study, and prove that they do a minimum number of written cash flow plans per year.
