LSG to MGB

31 year old male patient underwent a laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy 6 years back. Starting weight 140 kg. Current weight 178 kg. Severely depressed on 6 antidepressants and severe OSA on C-pap. No other co-morbidities. Barium study showed hugely enlarged fundus and a narrow distal sleeve. UGI endoscopy corroborated the same findings. Sleeve gastrectomy was revised to a Laparoscopic Mini Gastric Bypass along with fundectomy.
