CVS Rude Lying Clerk (SIMI VALLEY ALI)learns a lesson on returns and public photography.

I asked for both their name so I can file a complaint for corporate and that's when her behavior went South well more South. do they rip up receipts and then steal the coupons and use the coupons because genie denied the lady in front of us the coupon because it was under a different phone number so I'm not sure if Jeanne is actually stealing coupons but it's a possibility.I only started filming because of how rude the so-called manager / store manager/ liar...
What horrible customer service skills everyone had besides the store manager, the actual store manager that came out and did what was right . She needs an accommodation, bravo to the store manager who actually did the return andthe other two need to be replaced.
