KETO SUGAR COOKIES | Christmas Cut-Out Recipe 1 NET CARB | Low Carb Desserts Video
I am so stoked to share this recipe - and to be able to eat delicious Keto Christmas Cookies! I don't feel like I'm missing out this holiday season, which makes it so much easier to stay on track. You definitely need to make the icing for these cookies, as it adds extra fat, and just amazing texture and moisture to the cookie!
Makes approx 16 cookies.
Macros for 1 cookie with icing: 130 Cal, 13g Fat, 2.1g Protein, 1.1 Net Carb (2.3 total carb)
Sugar Cookies:
1/2 c butter, softened
1 tbsp Pyure
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
(1/8-1/4 tsp salt if using unsalted butter)
Tapioca starch for rolling
Cream butter with sweetener, egg, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll out onto counter with a tiny bit of tapioca starch. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Icing:
1/4 c coconut oil, melted
1/4 c Pyure, powdered
1/4 tsp almond extract
