Canning Rhubarb Juice Concentrate and Making Strawberry Rhubarb Fruit Roll Ups

I've wanted to try making rhubarb juice concentrate for over a year. I had forgotten about some rhubarb I stashed in the freezer just for this purpose but I ran across the bags while searching the freezer. Today I put those bags to good use and got a lot of treats. Rhubarb concentrate is now on the shelf for the summer. I saved the pulp from the juice, added some strawberries in syrup, blended it up and dehydrated that goodness into some fruit roll ups.
