Ingredients
1 Gallon Whole Milk (I used Organic)
Juice of Half Lime
2/3 Cup White Vinegar
1 Tbs Salt (Start with 1/2 Tbs and adjust to your taste)
2 cups of water to strain (do not strain if you like the lime vinegar taste)
Tip* Use a wooden spoon to stir your milk
*In my opinion, the Queso fresco will settle and taste much better the second day.
