El pan sin masa madre y con un sabor y textura espectaculares.
El secreto de este pan está en la forma de elaborarlo, sin prisa y con productos básicos. No he usado masa madre porque uso una masa fermentada que hago yo misma.
CONSEJOS:
Si no puedes dejar reposar y hornear el mismo día, guarda la masa en la nevera y continua el pan al día siguiente.
Si guardas un trozo de masa antes de hornear, tendrás el prefermento del día siguiente.
Para conservar este pan, puedes cortarlo a rebanadas y guardarlo en el congelador.
Cuando se seque, haz tostadas con este pan porque estarán tan buenas como el primer día.
