Malzemeler
1 kase konserve mısır
3 adet rendelenmiş havuç
1 beyaz lahananın çeyreği
1 kase yoğurt
1 kase mayonez
2 diş sarımsak
Tuz
Hazırlanışı;
1.Orta boy beyaz lahananın çeyreğini ince ince kıyalım ve uygun bir kaba alalım.
2.Lahanamızı tuz ile ovalım.
3.Ayrı bir kapta 3 adet rendelenmiş havuç ve 2 diş ezilmiş sarımsağı karıştıralım.
4.Daha sonra lahanaların üzerine 1 kase konserve mısır,Sarımsaklı havuç,1 kase yoğurt ve 1 kase mayonezi ilave edip karıştıralım.
5.Servis tabağına alalım ve üzerine isteğe bağlı olarak biber veya nane ile süsleyelim.
6.Lahana salatamız servise hazır.
