Let’s talk about Mobility....
First and for most, I am not a gymnast and never was. I was also stiff as a rock 5 years ago. With that being said, I believe Mobility to be the key for unlocking new levels of health, vitality, longevity and the full functionality of your body. However, you DO NOT need to become a pretzel to reach your full potential. Every sport or activity requires a certain degree of Mobility and you are the one who needs to choose how flexible and mobile you want to be. Only you know your true goals and limitations. You have to think as the only architect of your own body.
