杏仁豆腐 Almond Tofu|魚膠粉與魚膠片?!

4杯份量 Serve 4
魚膠粉 4g Gelatine Powder
水 10g Water
牛奶 300g Milk
杏仁粉 45g Almond Powder
糖 10g Sugar

1.混合杏仁份,糖及一半份量牛奶備用
2.魚膠粉加入水攪拌均勻
3.魚膠加入杏仁漿以中火煮溶
4.倒入餘下一半份量牛奶,過篩,入杯
5.鋪上保鮮紙冷藏約四小時至凝固即成
