Catch n' Cook Hawaiian OCTOPUS!

I'm on the move to figure out the best way to catch and cook an octopus! I tried preparing it 3 different ways in this video. I think boiling is still the best bet for tenderness but frying it in butter is the best for taste! Maybe boil it in butter?? We've been having a hard time catching keeper octopus this year I think because the "winter" has been so harsh on the islands. Eventually I'm going to find a way to make these octopi into an extremely tasty dish!
