The State Capture Inquiry's Transnet session continues today with testimony from Transnet's former group treasurer, Mathane Makgato.
Financial expert Jonathan Bloom of Mutli-Purpose Business Solutions wrapped up his testimony Wednesday.
He said a 7-point-5-million-rand payment charged by the Gupta-linked Regiments Capital to Transnet for the facilitation of a loan from the China Development Bank amounted to fraud.
