How to do parenchymal transection for left hepatectomy and caudate resection

This video demonstrated left hepatectomy, caudate lobe and BD resection. Aim of the video is to show how to do the right transection plane of the hemihepateomy (UNCUT during parenchymal transection).
Superficial parenchyma transected by demarcation line, deep parenchyma dissected by using cavitron ultrasonic device along middle hepatic vein, and posterior part transected guide by hanging maneuver.
